Ryan Rodney is a Canadian actor. From 1990 he recently acts in comedy films. He became famous after his roles in "National Lampoon's Van Wilder", "Waiting...", "Just Friends", "Definitely, Maybe", "The Proposal" and also in the "X-Men Origins: Wolverine".
As a majority of famous Hollywood stars Ryan started with a role in TV soap series. It was a teen soap "Hillside". Then he got roles in the series "Two Guys, A Girl and a Pizza Place", "Harold & Kumar Go to White Castle", "Scrubs" (in the second season finale). He worked with Albert Brooks and Michael Douglas in the film "The In-Laws". Also he had a guest role in the sitcom "My Boys" (the episode "Douchebag in the City"). In 2007 he has got a leading role in the romantic comedy "The Proposal". In "The proposal" he starred opposite to Sandra Bullock. In the horror film "The Amityville Horror" Reynolds showed that he's good enough to act in the films of different genres and has left the mask of an actor of comedies. In a while he portayed Hannibal King in the "Blade: Trinity" and played as an FBI agent in the "Smokin' Aces".
In 2011 will be released the film "Green Lantern" with Ryan Rodney in a role of a superhero Hal Jordan.
Ryan Rodney became the face of Hugo Boss fragrances in Ferbuary 2010. Ryan was listed as one of the Sexiest Men Alive in the People Magazine in 2008 and 2009.
During these years Rodney was nominated as "Best Comedic Performance", "Favorite Movie Actor", "Favorite Comedic Star" in the different contests (MTV Movie Awards, 36th People's Choice Awards, Scream Awards, Young Hollywood Awards, Young Artist Award). He has won the title of the "Best Supporting Actor" in the "X-Men Origins: Wolverine" film.
